These contemporary garden homes feature modern decor throughout the 900 - 1200 square feet of living space. All have two bedrooms and most have two bathrooms as well. There's a full-sized kitchen, complete with dishwasher and range. There's a separate utility room for your washer and dryer. All garden homes come with an attached garage and patio. There's even a 24-hour emergency call cord, so you can get help if you need it day or night. The best part is, we do all yard work and outside maintenance, so you have time to enjoy your new home

 

Health Care Services

The Health or Nursing Care Unit provides care to meet the needs of those who require the most assistance.  The professional staff includes Licensed Nurses 24 hours per day, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy if ordered by the primary physician.  A full Activity and Social program is planned for each resident. Also Specialized Diets and Skilled Nursing care.  Health Care is Medicaid certified for those who need financial assistance.    Should the residents needs change, Cumbernauld is a total retirement community so they can be given the opportunity to transfer to another level of service such as Apartment living or Residential Care.




Apartment Homes

Cumbernauld Village apartments come with fully-equipped kitchens and all carpet and window coverings. Choose from one- or two-bedroom floor plans, some with a second bathroom as well. All utilites are paid, except telephone and cable television. All maintenance and upkeep is taken care of for you. And you'll be free to enjoy one meal each day in our luxurious dining room. There are many opportunities for socializing at Cumbernauld Village, including planned activities and informal gatherings. And since time and transportation are no longer a problem, it's easy to join in the fun.

 

Assisted Living (Residential) Services

Cumbernauld Village offers assisted living services to meet very individual needs.  The Residential Care unit offers a 24-hour Resident Call System with 24 hour nursing staff available. One on One care to help with dressing, bathing and other personal needs is also provided.  Daily housekeeping, Laundry and Linen services are included.  Three meals a day with special diets if needed planned by a Licensed Dietician. Scheduled transportation is available to help residents travel to local doctor appointments, grocery shopping or other errands.
